Managing Director

Anderson Fernandes brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the oil & gas and energy sector. With a proven track record in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and sustainable innovation, Anderson has consistently delivered outstanding results in international markets.

His expertise spans key areas such as supply chain management, business economics, sourcing, and contracts, underpinned by a deep understanding of business development in high-stakes environments. Anderson’s leadership has been instrumental in expanding and optimizing operational processes, contributing to the success of numerous high-profile projects.

Anderson is a graduate of Executive Business Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. He also holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Greenwich University of London, UK. Further solidifying his expertise, he is a Certified Supply Chain Professional from Arizona State University, USA.

David Morais

General Manager, Strategic & Finance

David Morais brings over 20 years of experience in the oil and energy sector. He joined Engigest Holding in 2021, bringing significant expertise in Corporate Finance and Procurement. Throughout his career, he has held key roles in financial and supply chain management, including Senior Procurement Specialist and Senior Inventory Specialist at Cabgoc – Cabinda Gulf Oil Company.

Prior to joining Engigest, David was a Financial Analyst at Quantum Capital, where he began his career in 2004. He holds a BA in Business Administration (Banking and Financial Management) from the University of Namibia (2004) and has completed advanced financial control programs, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma at Catholic University Business School, Lisbon (2017).

David is committed to fostering well-being and excellence in operational management, making significant contributions to Engigest’s growth and financial strategies.

Banda Bulezi

Operations Manager, SCM & Business Support

Banda Bulezi brings over 26 years of experience in the oil & gas and energy sectors, specializing in supply chain management, project management, and business technology solutions. He holds a degree in Finance Management and an Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, USA.

Banda has demonstrated leadership in managing complex supply chains, both in business and information technology. His expertise includes managing critical processes such as BLK14 Inventory, Procurement and Warehouse ERP Solutions, Chevron Angola contract spend reports, British Petroleum Inventory Control Solutions, and Chevron’s global Logistics Decision Support Solutions.

Additionally, Banda has extensive experience in people training and development, as well as fostering innovations to streamline and improve operational processes within the industry.

Sripad S. V.

Board Advisor

Sripad has 28 yrs of experience in Engineering Services, Product Development, IT Solutions & Services. He has extensive experience in providing end to end solutions and services for various process industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Energy & Utilities, etc. Sripad holds Masters Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Instrumentation Engineering from Bangalore University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional Previously worked with MphasiS Ltd. An HP company, John Brown Technologies (Kvaerner Engineering UK), Deustche Babcock and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. He posses deep knowledge working in MENA, APAC, & US geographies. In 2020, he has assumed the role of Engigest Advisor for the board.

Raghuttam Joshi

Raghuttam Joshi comes with more than 21 years of experience with a unique combination of hands on expertise into Strategy & Business Transformation Consulting and Business Solution Development. He has also developed patented frameworks to Analyse IT effectiveness of any organization Raghuttam Joshi holds Masters Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. Has provided integrated business insight with technological feasibilities for various global organizations and Industries across EMEA, US and APAC regions. Has been previously associated with Infosys Technologies, Mphasis an HP company etc. In 2020, he has assumed the role of Engigest Advisor for the board.
